The BackOffice application:

FrontSite.
This is the main gateway through which the controller of the web application

- keep stocks;
- manipulate customer inputs like orders, customer data etc;
- get instant alert for every new order;
- order tracking;
- manipulate promo information;
- manipulate personalized documents;
- send mail campaigns;
- and much much more.
The changes made through this gateway are reflected instantaneously on the
FrontSite if the controller whishes so.
The BackOffice application is secured, have various levels of access and provides
groups capabilities, allowing your company personnel to make updates
depending on their level of authorisation.
The FrontSite application
This is the public interface, what the web visitor can see.
Information here is controlled every second, in real time, by the personnel
of your company via the BackOffice application.
This interface is highly personalized to reflect the needs and the current
status of your company.
There is no more need to have a coder inside your company to maintain the
html because all you have to do is to enter your data through the Backoffice
application and the changes are reflected instantaneously. Out with FTP also
:).
There is not even necessary to have a permanent connection to internet since
the changes can be made offline at your site and when you can come online
you just synchronize your status with the one of the online store.
The FrontSite is not only a powerful store.
It can be used to promote your company or products, to make appointments
online, send promotional messages, have an online chat system with your
clients or just provide this services to anyone access your site, make
opinion exchange with your community via online forum and much much more.
